Intuitive Herb Tasting
—

Plant "medicine" is used for healing throughout the animal kingdom and I'd argue it's used by all humans in some capacity - tea and coffee being the obvious ones we use regularly to recharge, various alcoholic drinks to unwind and help with digestion, even smoking tobacco to help with nerves. I'd also go as far to say that every time you've smelled a some lavender and felt your shoulders drop, or smiled at the scent of a sun-warmed rose, you're using plants medicinally. This more subtle herbal medicine is at the heart of intuitive herb tasting.

Rather than taking herbs as a medicine to treat a problem, like a pharmaceutical, intuitive herb tasting involves experiencing a plant – sitting with it, smelling it, tasting it, paying attention to how it affects your body and mind.

Although not integral, intuitive herb tasting works best with other people to witness, mirror and affirm your experience. I have been guiding intuitive herb experiences for 4 years now, in group and one to one sessions and I am still surprised by the experience and how it adapts constantly to the people attending.

Each herb I work with will be chosen with safety in mind for all participants.

See Events for circle details, or get in touch for 1:1 sessions.
